Employers’ Toolkit: Accessible Workplaces

The Conference Board of Canada, in partnership with the Province of Ontario, has developed a toolkit for employers to make their workplaces more accessible to and inclusive of people with disabilities.  

The toolkit includes checklists, strategies and links to resource and business profiles to help businesses of all sizes in their efforts tap into the underutilized workforce – people with disabilities. The outline of the toolkit includes the following topics:
