Our business has established policies, procedures, and practices that are consistent with the accessibility provisions established under this legislation. We also comply with the requirements of the Ontario government’s Accessibility Standard for Customer Service as follows:

Our team will accommodate the use of assistive devices that may be used by a person with a disability.

Service animals play an important role in the lives of many people with disabilities, and we welcome them at all Together We Rock! presentations, events, and meeting locations.

Support Persons

A support person who accompanies a person with a disability is always treated with respect and accommodated by our team.

Communications

At Together We Rock! Inc., we communicate with people in ways that take into account their disabilities. This means we will communicate in a way that enables a person with a disability to use, receive, and request information and services. Our team is trained on how to interact and communicate with diverse users.

Training

At Together We Rock! Inc., we provide training and professional development to keep our staff knowledgeable about accessible and inclusive customer service and how to interact with people with disabilities who use assistive devices or require the assistance of a service animal or support person.

Notice of Temporary Disruption of Services

We will provide customers with a notice on our website in the event of a planned or unexpected disruption of services. This notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, the anticipated duration, and a description of alternate arrangements, if available.

Presentation Accessibility

The Together We Rock! presentations are delivered by John Draper, a person who has a physical disability and spatial challenges and uses augmentative communication. John has made every effort to find a balance between his unique needs as a presenter with a disability and the needs of audience members with disabilities.

Together We Rock! recognizes that the approach John has taken may not be ideal for some audience members who are deaf and/or blind. Several strategies to assist in such circumstances have been developed, including but not limited to providing a presentation script for sign-language interpreters. Please contact us for further information.
